The Healthcare Careers Development Unit (HCDU) is an integral part of Education.
The team are based across our three hospital sites at Heartlands, Good Hope and Solihull, providing service situated learning opportunities. In line with the HEFT Workforce Development Strategy we encourage and enable individuals to reach their full potential and lifelong career in healthcare.
HCDU offer quality accredited educational programmes, providing training and development opportunities to existing staff and those wishing to pursue a career in healthcare.
